We conducted a review of the “Medellín Futuro 2020-2023” Development Plan. Alongside 10 social organizations from Medellín, we examined the Development Plan because the achievements reflected in the management reports of the Medellín Mayor’s Office seemed to not represent the reality of our city. After analyzing various indicators in which each social organization has expertise, we found that rather than effective management, Medellín is experiencing mismanagement.
Low Carbon City took charge of reviewing the strategic line of Ecocity. With the findings from this report, we carried out both digital and physical interventions, sharing with the public the figures that didn’t add up.
