With the Aburrá Oriente Tunnel concession in Santa Elena, we conducted a course in collaboration with Low Carbon City aimed at the residents of Santa Elena, Guarne, Rionegro, and Commune 9 of Medellín. The course focused on promoting sustainability initiatives and actions for climate change adaptation and mitigation within the community. During this course, we worked with 30 leaders from the area and concluded with the presentation of projects designed to benefit community residents and create more climate-resilient territories. Additionally, five of the formulated projects will receive technical and financial support to begin implementation in 2024.
